June 3, 2011: Updated The Whitman Lawsuit Page Added Letter from Jon Whitman to the Bedford Township Board May 31, 2011. He is requesting that this letter be read into the record at the Bedford Township Board Meeting on Tuesday June 7, 2011 when the board acts on his re-zoning request. Also included with the letter are the supporting documents to support the statements that he made in his letter. Breaking News! On the advice of their attorney the Bedford Township Board voted unanimously tonight (February 15th) to not appeal the Whitman Ford lawsuit judgment. Click here to view the video of the meeting.
February 15, 2011:Updated The Whitman Lawsuit Page Added The Downtown Temperance Economic Development Study completed in July 2003 under “Additional Documents” #15. Also added #16, which is part of the transcript of the Bedford Township Board Meeting on December 2, 2008. This was the public hearing regarding the Whitman Ford Rezoning Request.
